In association with BookExpo America (BEA) and sponsored by Russia’s Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communication, Read Russia 2012, a new initiative celebrating contemporary Russian literature and book culture, offers American audiences opportunities to meet and engage with a new generation of Russia’s literary leaders and newsmakers.

Read Russia at BEA 2012 

A 4,000-square-foot display and performance space at the Javits Center hosting presentations on topics including the Russian book market, Russian literature in translation, and new works by Russian writers, publishers, historians, and journalists.

A citywide festival of Russian literary and book arts across New York’s leading cultural and educational institutions - with more than 50 of Russia’s leading writers.
